A live 3-hour workshop on Saturday, November 14. Early-bird pricing ends tomorrow.
Reading philosophy isn’t like reading a novel, and it’s not like a regular nonfiction book you can skim for the gist. Based on the popular post by the same name, this workshop is about building a reading practice specifically designed for you to engage with theory from your own perspective.
DEETS: Saturday, November 14 · 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM ET / 9:00 PM CET · Live online, 3 hours
No background in philosophy is needed. The workshop is for complete beginners and for people coming back to philosophy after a hiatus.
Live: $60 early bird (goes up to $85 after October 31) Capped at 16 seats so the small-group practice works. Includes the small-group practice, the accountability pod, and the recording.
Video only: $45 early bird (goes up to $65 after October 31) The recorded lecture and live demos, sent after the session.
Everyone, live or video, gets the recording for a month after it’s ready. The small-group practice and the pods happen only for live participants.
There are two scholarships. If cost is what would keep you from coming, reply to this email or write to hello@philosophypublics.com.
Get the video, or join the interest list for the next live workshop at the bottom of the workshop page. You’ll only hear about this workshop, not get another newsletter.
